Terms of Service
Кратко по-русски. ProductHub Drive Sync — внутренний инструмент ProductHub, а не публичный сервис. Пользоваться им могут только участники команды ProductHub, которым мы дали доступ. Инструмент предоставляется «как есть»; ProductHub может изменить или отключить его в любой момент. Обработка данных описана в Политике конфиденциальности.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of ProductHub Drive Sync (the “Integration”), an internal software tool operated by ProductHub (“we”, “us”). By connecting a Google account to the Integration or by using it, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the service
The Integration is an internal tool built and operated by ProductHub for its own team. It automatically files meeting transcripts from Granola into a Google Drive folder owned by ProductHub. It is not a public product, is not offered for sale, and does not accept registrations from the general public.
2. Eligibility and authorised use
Only ProductHub team members and contractors explicitly authorised by ProductHub may use the Integration or connect accounts to it. Authorised users must use the Integration only for ProductHub's work, must keep any credentials or webhook secrets confidential, and must comply with the terms of the third-party services involved, including the Google Terms of Service, the Google Drive Terms of Service and Granola's terms.
3. Google account connection
The Integration accesses Google Drive through Google's OAuth 2.0 authorisation on behalf of the connected account. The account owner may revoke that authorisation at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. How the Integration handles data obtained from Google is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
4. Content
Transcripts and summaries filed by the Integration are generated from meetings recorded by ProductHub team members. ProductHub is responsible for ensuring that meetings are recorded lawfully and that participants are informed where required. The Integration does not alter the substance of the content it files.
5. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Integration, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may also update these Terms; the current version is always available at this address together with its effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Integration is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of transcripts or summaries, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProductHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Integration.
8. Termination
We may terminate or restrict any user's access to the Integration at any time. Users may stop using the Integration at any time by revoking the Google authorisation and removing their Granola webhook.
